He was the CEO of ITW Catalyst, consultancy and brand solutions arm of ITW. One of his notable achievements includes initiating Marriott's first-ever sponsorship partnership in India and Indusind Bank - ICC Global Sponsorship. Motivated by his belief, he established 3XM India aimed at becoming a truly Indian agency - designed by and for Indian brands.

Wanting to follow his passion for sports, he persuaded his career in sports marketing. He created & established the sponsorship program for the India Olympic Association. He played a key role in the rebranding of the Delhi IPL Franchisee as well as leading & managing the sponsorship acquisition for Delhi Capitals.
